A little about me ...

My name is Mary Madson. My husband and I moved to Crivitz, Wisconsin in 2021 when we became empty nesters. We decided to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and prepare for retirement by purchasing a beautiful log cabin in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. We wanted to create a home for us and a relaxing getaway for our kids and grandkids to come back to often! With the help of family and friends, and in the middle of the covid crisis, we packed up our treasures and headed north. After a very challenging and hectic move, we settled right in and never looked back. We love it here and wouldn't trade it for anything!
Currently, I am employed part-time at a medical facility in Green Bay; but as I approach retirement, I have decided to resurrect one of my favorite hobbies, creating and editing photos and videos. In addition to photography itself, this has always been a passion and I can hardly wait to build up my clientele again! I love to carefully edit photos, slides and videos in addition to transferring old Super 8 and regular silent home movies to digital format. These treasures can be viewed as is or woven together to create professional-quality DVD photo montages that will truly become a family keepsake. I would love the chance to share my creativity with you! Although the challenge of designing meaningful video montages is what encouraged me to start Footprints On Your Heart, my love of preserving family memories has induced me to offer these services for my clients at a reasonable cost.

I began my home-based company, Footprints On Your Heart, in 2007 when I decided to create videos to share special memories in a way that is unique and meaningful to others. From newborns to the elderly, from birthdays and graduations to sporting or church events, and from engagements to weddings and anniversaries....my photos and videos are beautiful keepsakes which you'll cherish forever. To be able to safeguard and protect these treasured memories is priceless! In addition to photography, I have worked with a couple local funeral homes in the Green Bay and Oconto Falls areas, providing them with memorial DVD's to be played during the wake and given to the family as a remembrance. Many people have sent me heartfelt comments on my Celebration of Life videos commemorating their loved ones. My videos provide peace and comfort during a time of mourning and healing and letting go.
Now, I have the opportunity to help others look after and save their special memories too! Don't let your pictures and movies get lost due to photos fading or tapes and movies breaking as they age.
